- Do you ship internationally?
We can ship our products to any international destination worldwide. Our preferred carrier is United States Postal Service (USPS). Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance. Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office.
- PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from AnimeOC.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to AnimeOC.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. AnimeOC.com has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. - Do you ship to APO/FPO and U.S. Territories?
We ship to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We are not able to ship Express service to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses. Due to world events impacting the United States and other countries, shipments to certain military addresses may be delayed.
- Can you ship to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes, AnimeOC.com allows you to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, we do require that you provide us with the billing address that match's your card institution's records. We recommend that you contact your card institution to update them with your approved secondary ship-to addresses. Please note that orders may be placed on hold if we are unable to confirm the billing information with your credit card bank. Please review your billing address prior tosubmitting your order.

AnimeOC is currently providing Free Standard Shipping for the following products:
- Purchase of $50 or more on Copic products.
- Purchase of $50 or more on Pokemon plush.
- Purchase of $50 or more on selective Anime DVDs.
- Purchase of $350 or more on Trading Card games booster boxes.
Have to be a Register Customer.
Free Shipping applies to Standard only (delivery time 5-9 business days). If you would like to receive the product with in 2-5 business days please select Rush Delivery and pay for the shipping fee.
Free Shipping applies to U.S. Addresses only, NO P.O. Box address.
Free Shipping applies to value of merchandise only, excluding tax & shipping.

In addition to the AnimeOC return policy all product returns will incur exact shipping costs and subject to a $2.50 handling fee.
Returns/Exchanges Policies:
- All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt
- All items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging
- Anime/Live Action DVD’s can only be returned if it is defective or unopened.
- Manga Book have to be in resalable condition as we ship to you, we will not provide refund/exchange if the item is bent or damage.
- Due to the nature of random content inside CCG booster packs and decks cannot be returned once they are opened
- All single Copic marker cannot be return once it is purchase.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed to all returned products, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
- Discounts/Coupons: The amount refunded for returned items exclude discounts/coupons.
- Damaged/Wrong Shipment: Please e-mail/call us within 48 hours of receipt to submit a claim.
- Cancelled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, if cancelled prior to shipping.
- Refused or Returns Items: A 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed accordingly.
- Shipping & Handling fee is Not Refundable as these are paid out to the shipping carrier. .
- Returned to Sender: Please provide us with an accurate address so that this will not happen, otherwise we will have to charge you the same shipping fee to resend it.
- International Package Returns: A 15% restocking fee and any additional S&H will be assessed accordingly.
- How do I return or exchange a product I purchased?
Returns/Exchanges are easy. Follow the instructions below:
- E-mailus to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will e-mail you with RMA instructions for the return within 24-48 hours.
- Securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange being sure to including all of the original packaging and contents.
- We recommend that you obtain a delivery confirmation number and insure your returned package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.

- How long will it take to receive the refund and credits?
A refund will be issued within 2-3 business days once we have received the product and upon passing our inspection. If for any reason, after our inspection it is found to be defective, open, or been used, we will be unable to provide you with a refund. Returning this item to you will be at the customers’ expense.
Exchanges are processed within 2-5 business days and refunds will be issued within 2-3 days for customers who paid with credit /debit cards and 1-2 days for customers who paid with PayPal account from the day we receive the product. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Allow at least one complete billing cycle for your refund or credit to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
- What if I receive my order damaged or short?
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 24-48 hours after you received the order. Please notify Customer Service by e-mailing us Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST). Please hold on to all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.

How do I get a tracking number?
For you convenience, AnimeOC.com will send you an e-mail with the tracking number and carrier information as soon as your order is processed and shipped. Please allow approximately 24 hours before tracking the package with www.USPS.com.
How can I change/modify an order?
You may request a change to your order, provided that your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please e-mail your exact changes, invoice number to our processing department at info@animeoc.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.
How can I cancel an order?
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please send your cancellation request and invoice number to info@animeoc.com. We will do our very best to cancel the order, and will send a confirmation upon cancellation. If your account has already been charged, you can anticipate a refund to your account within 2-5 business days.
What if my product is out of stock?
We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you purchased is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an e-mail or contact you. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item or we may offer you the item in a different size or package. You can decide to either have us ship it to you, or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
Pre-Order Policy:
- What is Pre- Order?
Pre-orders constitute the sale(s) of merchandise, not currently in stock, which is scheduled to be received and shipped at a future date. Our customers use pre- orders to ensure they get high demand, limited inventory items.
- What are the special terms related to Pre-order?
Pre-orders paid with PayPal or Credit Card, require full payment at the time the order is placed.
- When will I receive my Pre-order?
We provide an estimated ship date, items ship 1-2 days from the time we receive the item from the manufacture.
- What happen if my order has a pre-order item among other item that are available?
In this case you will have 2 options:
- Please cancel your order, and place a SEPARATE order for “Available” and “Pre-Order” product, this will let us ship the available item to you right away.
- We can ship your Available and Pre-Order product once we have everything in stock.
- I want to cancel my Pre-Order?
Once you have placed your pre-order we essentially reserve this inventory on your behalf, removing it from our available, upcoming product for you. Because of the special nature of pre-orders, cancelled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
